Aamir Rasheed Rashid (FCA)

Mr. Aamir possess more than 15 years of valuable experience from food sector to chemicals, ginning to spinning, weaving, dyeing finishing and apparel. He has worked on complex transaction of acquisition of a big unit by local investors from a UK based multinational company. Project analysis, financing, implementation and turning around into profitable venture are his key areas of specialization. He hold very good reputation among all top corporate professionals of all leading financial institutions, NBFIs. Investment houses.
Mr. Aamir is an alumni of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Reusing Executive Development Centre. He has also completed many courses related to Corporate Financial Management dealing with complexities. He has also completed foundation part from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan but later shifted to pursue ICAP qualification.

Ahmad Tariq Bhatti (FCMA) Director

Mr. Bhatti possess more than 16 years of experience from diverse range of companies from different sectors. He has worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co for five years. A.F. Ferguson & Co is an associate firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds solid background in audit field of listed and unlisted private/public limited companies.
He has obtained international experience from MNCs while working in Dubai for the last 10 years. He is an accomplished professional in financial matters. He has supervised multi-billion dirhams’ projects while working with a construction MNC in Dubai. The projects are considered to be land mark projects in Dubai. He has served a FMCG group as CFO.
